With the Baseball Winter Meetings a few days away, there's going to be a lot of player movement within the next week.

Some of the things that have already happened this week:

The Chicago White Sox dealt starting pitcher Javier Vazquez and reliever Boone Logan to the Atlanta Braves for four prospects -- catcher Tyler Flowers, infielders Jonathan Gilmore and Brent Lillibridge, and left-handed pitcher Santos Rodriguez.

The San Diego Padres have traded shortstop Khalil Greene to the St. Louis Cardinals for reliever Mark Worrell and a PTBNL.

The San Francisco Giants have signed shortstop Edgar Renteria to a two-year, $18.55 million deal with a $9.55 million option for 2011.
