    I think it's amazing that Hoffman was able to survive rotator cuff surgery back in 2003. At age 36, it could have easily been the end of his career but he hasn't skipped a beat since coming back. With the win totals so low in baseball this year, he is right in the thick of the Cy Young race. Hopefully, he can get it this year after finishing a tight second to Tom Glavine in 1998.
