      • Emmanuel Sanders injury: Broncos receiver begins conditioning Thursday

The best news Thursday didn't have a direct effect on the injury/practice report. But it has the potential to impact it Friday.

Wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders has progressed in the concussion protocol where he can participate in conditioning.

"He's going through that phase of the protocol now," head coach John Fox said. "We'll evaluate it again [Friday]. We're optimistic, but we'll see what [Friday] brings."

We infer this means Sanders may practice Friday.

Tight end Julius Thomas was also seen at practice, though he did not participate.

At least we know we have one player with fire in his belly! Unless Cj's one play makes him beyond criticism. Hopefully fox and goodell gave PFM a stern warning over abusing his teammate.

They do this stuff every Week. Last week they watched Free Willy, but got what was supposed to get freed wrong, and released the St. L. receivers and running backs instead of Our own..

I guess they wanted to play it safe with Sanders of not putting him in harms way.
Will he be a probable/game time decison type of deal?

Concussion protocol prevents anyone from practicing till Friday. No matter how healthy they are. From the sound of it he will practice tomorrow. And play Sunday.

With the amount of crazy hits he's taken all year, it is probable he will get leveled at some point in the game. Would be wise to have Latimer actually active this game.

I hope so. No need to risk him this week. Sure play the gametime game but no need to get him rung again.

I think Broncos lose regardless, this will be the wakeup heard around the world! I think this week will be more centered on Bronco's defense, let's see what they got.

Oh, I forgot that fish are warm weather mammals. 34-18

                              That's a good policy.
Let's see how much participation he takes in practice tomorrow...

My bet is both will be active. Sanders appears to be a warrior this year. He will want to be out there. He didn't come to Denver to miss the playoffs.
