    Is this Jack??

I loved the revolving jail door and that they had her skidding on her forehead for 5 seconds in the reenactment.

If Elway doesn't care that his kid is a leech, why should we?

I was falsely accused of domestic violence, arrested and subsequently ended up being found innocent after a two day trial. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. Oh yeah, cost me 12K as well. Justice- that word doesn't mean anything to me.

The cops and the system don't care. I should have never been arrested in the first place and the 3 police officers all perjured themselves while being questioned on the witness stand. When I started the process of filing an official complaint against them, I found myself being followed by one of them in addition to having them park outside my house in Highlands Ranch at random hours during the day and at night.

At one point during the trial the ranking officer fingered one of my attorneys as the person he arrested that night. The entire case was fabricated and the only conclusion I can come to is that it was because I was male and not female.

I always look at any domestic violence case with a cautious eye based upon what I had to go through.

I think Jack Elway III also needs to be found drunk to be accepted as a front office guy in Denver.

He should have driven to the police station directly and dropped her off there.

I have a sister who is bat-**** crazy at times. She'd get in heated verbal arguments with her husband. I never saw him hit her, but I did see her intentionally fall down a flight of stairs, bang her own head against a wall, and lay down behind his car while he was trying to drive away. Then she called the police and claimed he beat her and tried to run her over, but recanted her story when the pollice arrived. Basically I told her I wouldn't lie for her.

Dude was a soft spoken, Iraq war vet, caring father and a nice guy. Canadian. He finally wised up and divorced her a few years ago.

She cheated on him twice, poisons his daughters minds about him, doesn't have a job, and spends her time talking **** about him when he's not around to defend himself. She also got hold of his laptop once and sent porn pics from his email account to me, his boss, his sister and his parents.

If he ever took a swing at her I'd try to stop him for his own sake, not my sister's. I haven't spoken to her in 6 years.
I've seen some similar situations. Some chicks get so pissed off they try to push the guy into touching her.

If it turns out Jack didn't touch her and this is just some chick after money I'll take back what I said about him.

If he did touch her, no matter what she did, he's a damn idiot. Only time you lay a finger on a woman is if she's trying to kill you. Otherwise you're gonna get charged with DV, and sometimes even then.

Keep your cool, walk away, and call the cops on her if its that bad.

I'm not saying the guy should be put in the same class as wife-beaters, but its a dick thing to do anyway you cut it.

Chances are this chick was pushing his buttons, he slowed the vehicle down, and gave her a little shove out.

Does it mean he's an evil guy? No, I'm not saying he is. I don't know the guy. He still should've kept his ****ing hands to himself and it makes him a Dbag in my book. IF its true.

Personally, I don't give a crap about jack Elway one way or another. I do find it suspicious that a woman could be pushed from a moving vehicle without being harmed in any way.
    Touche

I get where you guys are coming from and I don't normally jump to conclusions.

If it was just kids ****ing around I'll change my stance. Its just that considering who he is, I don't think the cops would arrest and charge him if they didn't have good reason to believe he did something wrong.

God knows there are bad apples in the police force and they definitely aren't infallible, but IMHO they generally get things right.
