one way or another - if you read the filing it's obvious something is up - but the fact that it was actually FILED INTO THE US COURT SYSTEM....

I think that if I were serious about suing someone for $25 million, I'd probably retain a lawyer.

The fact that this is a pro se filing is a strong indication that it's BS.

The purposeful misspelling of Jadeveon is the funniest part. Well, that and the whole "it's a small world" sequence. And the rest of it.

It's definitely not an authentic lawsuit.

Her "document" fails to comply with even the most basic Court Rules and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure: It's single-spaced, not on pleading paper, not properly captioned with her contact info, there isn't even a caption to identify the document itself - clerk would likely reject the filing on that basis alone - and it purports to be 4 separate documents in 1 (complaint, declaration, motion for TRO, motion for preliminary injunction). Capper is that while the Court is identified by what appears to be an authentic stamp, the case number is written in hand - in the wrong place - and its letters and numbers are not legible.

This is "Onion" type work and it's pretty darn funny.

Can't imagine anyone thinking it is real, not even for one second.

                      Of course it's a Hoax

That doesn't mean it is not a total joke.
