  • Welcome to the Broncos, Lamin Barrow.

Would start on ST's right away, and some nickel work.

    Mayock seems to like him.

Is he projected as an Outside or Inside LB?

I hope this isn't the norm for him. Reminds me of Nate Webster with less helmet flying off. This was from 2012 tho.

So far Fox has taken our LB picks and made them into really good players, so if this is their guy I like it. Fox seems to know how to make these guys really good.

Moves and tackles pretty well, but seems to play sort of stiff and high imo. Doesn't strike me as particularly explosive.

Yeah he took Nate Irving and turned him into a really good ILB.

That's why this is a wasted pick.

Barrow (6-foot-1 3/8, 237) manned the weak side in Les Miles' 4-3 defense, making 28 career starts, 14.5 career tackles for loss, and four recovered fumbles. He was LSU's leading tackler (91) in 2013. Barrow managed a 4.64 forty at the Combine, but demonstrated short-area explosion with a 10-foot-3 broad jump and displays plus-movement skills on film. He projects as a 4-3 Will 'backer with some longer-term IDP appeal.

Seems like a pretty articulate kid too.

So who should DEN have taken? Enlighten us.

He definitely looks like a really good cover guy. Tackling is awful.

I like the pick. Nice potential starter and an improvement over Irving.
