  • Elway inteview at Combine

I did a quick search but didn't see this posted

John gave a great interview at the combine today.

    http://www.denverbroncos.com/news-an...2-fe1cc6751b50

The title is a little deceiving as he talked about the SB and the difference between becoming more "Physical" vs a Finesse team.

Loved his open, John gets it, he understands what we fans expect of him and the franchise. We are very lucky to have him as a GM.

Give the entire thing a listen it is under 15 minutes.

So all he has to do is replace everyone not named Vasquez or Knighton.

I heart Elway can this guy do anything more to put a franchise on his back to greatness?

How soon we forget what the defense was like before Elway took over.

She wasn't a broncos fan back then.

12 of 23 draft picks under Elway have been on D. There are a lot of holes that have been shored up or fixed since he took over.
Carter's knee injury has really hampered the S play.

I remain very confident and hopeful that Carter can come back to form. He looked very promising in 2011 and I think he would be a huge asset for our defense.

If he comes back anywhere near what he was in 2011, it will just be gravy.
He's had microfracture surgery, and has been on IR for 2 straight seasons.

                Here's hoping though!

Elway's number 1 offseason priority is figuring how to move on without John Fox.

Carter had a couple ok games. He lacks speed and his career happened to go into the tubes with his 10 dollar crap bet and his knees.

                          Sandy but not too shaggy.

I'd like to think that if they are considering firing him they'd have done it by now. Assuming firing him is what you're suggesting.

Aren't they going to extend him?
