Did the TEXANSabandon the run to try and catch-up ?
hell no, they outrushed the bills in the second half 25-14 and outscored them 19-3.
If you watched the game you know the bills, ALLEN threw them out of the game and SACKS, failed passing plays cost them a chance to win in regulation !
Numerous times at the end of the game they should have run the ball.
Bills had MORE pass attempts than rush attempts in the first half to build a 13-0 lead.

Near end of regulation Houston ran 4 straight times and failed to convert a 1st down to win the game. Bills passed to tie it.

OT Texans won the game by PASSING the ball.

    you lose.

He is an idiot plus how many runs did both QBs have that were called passes? Probably 15 to 20 between them. Hey Lombardi said run the ball in the 60s! Without knowing much about those Packers I'm guessing Bart Star wasnt a Tommy Frazier clone.

Game 2 went more to his plan. Just hilarious that the first game right out the gate tilted his entire approach.

The only worthwhile approach to this nonsense is ignoring it completely.

We should all sign a pledge or something.

Yup and Titans were dominating and could have easily lost to a FG in a game where they had 200 plus rushing yards. Pat's were perfect team to beat up on for them. No offense to make them worry about 1 pt leads.

And if their defense doesn’t shutout the Pats in the second half all that running would have cost them the game. They literally turtled for most of the day and were only saved by their defense shutting down an awful Patriots offense.

                    • Did anyone really think Tenn wasn't going to run Henry like crazy in that game? Esp when he is ripping 5+ yard runs like they were on sale. That game never got out of hand and Tenn was never far enough behind to take the run away. But Chef...….."looky guys, 30+ runs means you win every time" even though it's been proven otherwise.

                      • The Titans will get throttled by Baltimore next week.

I did, 2 days before the game said they would pound the rock and would not be surprised if TITANS and RAVENS both ran 40 times ! its right here in black and white !

VIKINGS are built to run but delvin cook may not be 100% and neither is their explosive back-up.
They are a KUBIAK team though, so they do have a pipeline of backs, so we will see.
TITANS, anyone here think their gameplan doesnt include 30 carries for the team ?
                            GREENBAY, it's all about Aaron...JONES !
The 49ers have bobby turner, the greatest running back coach of all time, should go to HOF !
BILLS, like the titans, would not surprise me if both teams ran the ball 40 times.
and speaking of 40... I would not be surprised if the 40 + QB, drew brees, threw the ball 40 + times and did win his game , hence not picking the vikes , who I would love to see in the big dance.

At this level, it id easy to understand how these teams got to the play-offs...
THEY RUN THE MUTHERTRUCKIN" BALL !

At this level, you must not only run the ball, because your opponent is who they are,
you must also be able to STOP THE RUN.
So here we go the first 4 games to test my "theory ".
that is if you dont count last years 11 !
what idiot would predict the titans to run the ball 40 times ?
                            that moron chef did !
