Good for the Browns. Anyone else would get fired from their job for a similar situation.

            Freddie Kitchens > Gregg Williams.

there's no way you don't cut him after this, but it's still sad. most jobs don't entail being dragged through the coals publicly when you have a bad day after showing up when you probably shouldn't have even been there to begin with. dude is undrafted, he wasn't making millions.

He is still making a lot of money for his education level and to play a game. Players know they are accountable for what they do on social media and especially know if you are not a great player the leash is real short.

Sure, but racist and hate / killing comments have nothing to do with that. Just showed his true colors. I haven't known anyone who after a bad day at work, threatens to kill others, or calls them racist slurs. Frustration was one thing - his personality is another, and good riddance, people who make millions playing a game should treat it as a blessing. He doesn't deserve it.

Only the Browns could find a way to efff up a team with so much potential. At least we won’t have to watch a million Baker Mayfield commercials next year.

browns played their best since seeming the 1980s under Greg Williams last year and they didn't retain him. The don't want success really.

I nominate Fants new name as "Proactiv" because of his effect on Whitehead. Popped that fckr for a TD and Whitehead's nature oozed out before he left the locker room.

The issue is that so many teams now want an offensive minded HC to develop their QB's. Williams also forced their hand by claiming he had multiple offers and wanted an answer ASAP on the job.
