    Yes, but mainly because of injuries or heath reasons. Tom Davie did it this year fore NM. It usually only a game or two.

        Defensive head coaches calling their plays form the sideline are surely reliant to some extent on information coming from the booth to either provide in whole or used to confirm what’s going on with personnel and formation. There’s no submarine view finder on the sideline to see over those huge ppl on the field.

        One of two things will happen:
        (1) They get better at calling the plays through Fangio on the sideline by becoming more efficient at providing him the details he needs of personnel and formations from the booth to get the call in quickly.
        (2) They pass off the play calling to Donatell in the booth.

          Fangio did not look comfortable on the field, the first game. He's the coach, it's his call. If he likes the booth better, why not coach from there?

            Did any member of the team look comfortable on Monday night?

            Maybe they all need to move to the booth. Since that appears to be the cure all for the team.

              becauise archer is against it, and archer is a genius who knows everything .
              archer is in fact so brilliant , he has no time to entertain sensable conversation, he has the world to run and cant be bothered by logic.
