CJ Anderson to lions is that irony? CJ is a monster in the playoffs ..Yep that should help them.

Broncos officially sign former AAF CB De'Vante Bausby. He got one-year minimum of $645K. He's tallest Broncos corner at 6-2. More importantly he is playing with confidence after a fine AAF season in San Antonio

The Raiders hosted former Broncos OLB Shane Ray on a visit, per source. Pass rush remains a top need for Oakland.

He won't help the pass rush though.

Do we have an official let’s trade for Rosen thread? Draft lock at 2 get Rosen with the 3rd and one of them has to work out.

Somebody will give up at least a 2 for Rosen. And we can’t afford to use two high picks on QB’s. Too many needs.

Not necessarily. Tons of QB's drafted every year, very few of them pan out to be anything other than 3 or 4 years invested with very little gained.

Let this sink in a little bit. No QB drafted within the past 14 years has won a Superbowl except Wilson and Foles. Yup, hard to believe isn't it. 14 years of drafting QB's and only 2 of those have won a Superbowl. Amazing.

On the flip side there has right be an anomaly here right? I mean no other time in NFL history had one team been so dominant. I mean the last 15 years the Patriots have been in like 10 of the past 15, and the Steelers have had the rest.

How about New England 7 and Pittsburgh 3?

It could be argued that we have no other need than QB... If you don’t have a QB you don’t have a team regardless of how many Von Millers you have. John hasn’t shown an aptitude of evaluating and drafting talent at QB nor hiring coaches to develop said talent. So we must overcompensate to correct it.

If there is no franchise QB to be had you draft a strong supporting team and plug in the QB when one is available. Getting another project to haul around for the next 3 years failing will help no one.

You are forgetting a QB drafted in 2008...

Stat is not only flat out wrong, it’s a flawed way to look at it. Flacco is within that range. A lot of QBs drafted early are going to teams that aren’t SB contenders anytime soon. They are picking early cause they suck, have a coaching staff that sucks, or is new. And a lot of them see improvement after drafting one. See Browns Texans Titans Chiefs Bears Cowboys Colts etc etc etc. Dumpster fires turned into quality. Brady takes up a large chunk of SB wins too.
