I am honestly hoping the Bowlens sell the team. Joe Ellis would be sacked day one with new ownership.

"She has the right skill set. She has learned a lot at McKinsey, through business school and her work at the NFL. I’m excited to have her come back.” ~Joe Ellis on Brittany Bowlen

More Joe Ellis on Brittany Bowlen getting in position to run Broncos at such a young age: "She doesn’t have as much experience yet as perhaps she would like. That comes with the job. And it’s going to come fast because we’re going to throw a lot at her.'' #9sports

Ellis on qualities Brittany Bowlen have at young age of 29: “A lot of intelligence, emotional intelligence. In her personal relationships she’s very good at understanding people. A lot of the same instincts her father had she’s going to have some day.'' #9sports

Ellis is doing anything to stay in control.

Someone needs to hand Joe some Chap Stick. All that ass kissing must be murder on the lips.

“Some day,” he says. That “some day” is going to precisely coincide with the day he decides to retire to his private island. If he was any more transparent he’d be invisible.

Looks to me like this announcement means that Ellis will begin to train and hand over control to Brittany by the end of the year. Blows your narrative out of the water, quite frankly.

They have to start now because her mother is possibly getting ill as was reported. So some of the influence driving the biasing of things towards one of the kids may be waning on the horizon.

Except she is required to be 40 years old as per the trust I believe. Gives Ellis only another decade of control? Besides there is no way this doesn't go to court.
