Released just for comments he made?

Last time we picked up one of the Texan's cut players, it worked out pretty well for us. However, I suspect he will not make it through waivers.

Why released? Cause he's sucking? And if so, why would we want a player in suck mode?

I'm guessing it's moreso about Reed being demoted.

He's been hurt and hasn't performed. Still a little weird though.

More likely because he has not contributed to the team and when he finally did make the field he was out of position a couple times.

The comments were likely a breaking point.

Runs like a 340 pound nose tackle now. No thanks. At least Adams can run a stay healthy.

Nice severance package for Ed Reed. Front your way into a 3 yr, $15 million dollar contract as a FA, $6 mill up front and a few weeks after you sign, relay that you have a tear in your hip labrum, need surgery and will be out until week 1.

I only wish the Chiefs would have signed him.

yeah, but can he run a 40?

This. He has completely sucked this year.
