And some team will be stupid enough to bring him in as a starter.

Yea...when you move on from a #1 draft pick QB after him playing in fewer games than any such QB but Jim Drunkenmiller, it's on a lot more than the kid!

It's on the entire organization and more specifically John Elway.

You keep him even as a backup if you don’t believe in Jackson

Yeah, maybe. But he was only 10/22, which is pretty awful.

Jackson may be starting and winning, but it is because Flacco got hurt, and then they started to win, but not because of his passing. And Allen, in Buffalo, is breaking a bunch of QB records...for running! Tebow would be envious.

Every rookie QB, except Darnold, is starting either because of injury or desperation. At least Mayfield showed a spark when he got in that game against the Jets. He was the number 1 pick, so it was just a matter of time.

I would say that it was Kyle Shanahan that did the most damage to the Broncos defense, and all he needed was 1 half of a game to do it. A real QB guru like him, his dad, & McVay, makes good QB’s great, and backups play like starters. It’s all about play design fit for your QB, AND knowing when to call those plays.

More playmaking in one game than Keenum has done all season...

How come Baltimore and select a qb at the end of the first round and he’s playing and win it games. Elway selects Lynch and barely see the field

Elway sucks when compared to the great GMs

Because we selected a loof. The writing was on the wall and Elway ignored it.

Darnold had a couple of nice throws against inconsistent Roby, but it was some guy named Isaiah Crowell that burned the defense.

And after getting constantly blown by the media prior to and during the game, Mayfield was pretty ordinary after the opening drive. He took advantage of the fact that the Broncos had no CB’s left in the game, though, but otherwise the defense held him in check. But yeah, the Brown defense took it to the Broncos offense.
