    Hilarious and predictable.

    • It'll be like this until the Broncos are in a position to draft or sign a real franchise QB. And that could take awhile. Last guys who fits that description were Russell Wilson and Peyton Manning in 2012.

Mayfield's thrown for 13/7 won 3 games on a team with one good receiver. Keenums won 3 games on a team with more offensive weapons and has still managed to throw more picks than TD's because of his noodle arm.

Keep rattling off your crap...I needed a laugh today...

But the Broncos didn't have a chance to draft Mayfield. So you haven't proven price's logic wrong here.

          • Hindsight is 20-20 and people would have thought we were crazy trading up to #1 for Mayfield. The Browns wouldn't have done it anyway.

I think the Jets were in love with Darnold so that leaves Allen or Rosen and the jury is still out on them. In fact the jury is still out on all of them. I've seen a lot of good rookie years that were flukes (RG3).

The power move would have been to trade back into the 1st round for Lamar Jackson after already taking Chubb.

Great post up until the Lamar Jackson part.

              • The thread topic is the rookie QB’s not what mistakes the Broncos made in the draft.

Mayfield is definitely the best in the rookie class, Baker is moving forward every week and Darnold is moving backward. Allen is huge project and Rosen looks interesting but he’s never going to compete head to head with Mahomes or Mayfield.

There has to be more to the story here?

Show us on the doll where Mayfield or another former Sooner touched and hurt you. You have too much football knowledge to be barking up this tree.

Nothing against the Sooners. I'd root for them against anyone except Colorado teams. I remember when they had Jamelle Holloway. I can understand these dudes frustration, it ain't been a good couple weeks. Let them have their fun. I'm pissed off too.

At least they've got something to root for.

And yet we're in a thread discussing how well he has or hasn't been playing. You're the guy who chose to defend his positions with 'irrelavent' criteria here.

                      • Wait... you think Russell Wilson was the last accessible player who fit the description of 'franchise quarterback'?

The guy the entire NFL passed on 73 different times after Andrew Luck was picked?

Maybe this subject just isn't in your wheelhouse.

                          • i still have hope for Chad Kelly coming back to Denver when his charges get dismissed.

Still better then the Broncos starter and Nick Mullins and all these other scrubs.

He might just try to fight more security because swag doesnt like security.
