    How about this one?

This guy fits perfectly. Meanwhile all the LA Rams fans are in a state of real concern. Goff has bust written all over his little weak armed self.

Lets' play a game. Who made the following quote about Paxton Lynch?

Saves Broncos about $70M in cap space over the next 5 years. I think he's the best QB in the draft BY FAR. Franchise QB. Projects as top 10 NFL QB

That doesn't work as any decent supervisor knows. You play to your employees' individual strengths and minimize the places where they have to use their weakness.

You will never turn your weakness into a strength. Old wives tale.

Also good to know the the coach is pointing out his legs are spread too far apart.

They need to be right next to each other, per his personal coach\trainer.

I imagine this is what the Trainer is saying in this pic...

Instead of building around his strengths and nurturing the weak areas, Kubiak focused almost exclusively on the weaknesses. Kubiak was the worst thing to happen to Lynch IMO outside of his own stupidity.
I think blaming Kubiak for Lynch’s failure is hilarious. If that were the case, what happened last offseason when the team gave him every advantage to take the starter’s job? It was handed to him on a silver platter and he failed. Now some of Tommy’s magic concussion water and avocado hemorrhoid cream is going to make the difference? You seriously cannot make this stuff up. I think the term is “false hope.”

There is a difference between focusing and obsessing. Confidence is invaluable for a rookie and Kubiak killed Lynch’s early. Not saying it would change the outcome but completely severing a spread QB from the shotgun is just idiotic.

I pretty much agree with this entirely.

I do too. He seems very immature and not at all prepared mentally for the opportunity that his physical talent has afforded him. I think he is completely overwhelmed by the mental rigors of being an NFL QB.

It looks dumb, but it may have a purpose as well. Measuring heart rate and whatever else.

Just because coaches coach in the NFL does not mean they are all good. Last year our coaches were crap. I bet another team would take Lynch during the draft.
Maybe the light came on but going be tough in Denver with his crying last year

Or that the offensive scheme was completely changed (and will be changing again now with McCoy gone).
