  • The Blueprint for Beating the BRONCOS......

Have you heard it? Romo and the Cowboys have the blueprint for beating the Broncos..............

Top Ten Needs for defeating the Broncos:

    1. Throw for over 500 yards.

    2. Throw 5 TD passes.

    3. Have your top rusher rush for less than 45 yards.

    4. Rush for less than 60 total yards.

    5. Have THREE WRs that go over 120 yards receiving.

    6. Pick off Peyton at least once.

    7. Limit them to at least three field goals vs TDs.

    8. Dont throw more than one pick yourself.

    9. Have at least a 66% conversion rate on your third downs.

    10. Jerk on Peytons facemask at least once per game.

All of the above will bring you to a 3pt. loss.

So........when you figure out how to score 4 more pts......you then have the 'complete' blueprint for beating the Broncos.

    Good luck.

      I'd put

#1 don't score a TD in 1 play and get PFM right back on the field

        You left out a few:

        * Game must be played at home
        * Force Broncos to punt more then once entire game

On a serious note. I'm not sure there are too many teams out there that will be able to score 50+ points.

should have also added in Broncos best pass rusher, best LB, best CB out all at the same time as well.

The way the _efense played yesterday, I would not bet my life that a hot QB like Rodgers or Brees with a healthy WR corp could not hang 50 on what we saw in Dallas.

Without 4 of our 5 best defenders, im sure youre right.

But QB's arent really gonna play any better than Romo did yesterday.

I think the key to beating this Broncos team is having a QB that can throw the deep ball, and has at least two deep threats. having a great tight end, also helps.

Broncos have shown themselves vulnerable to the deep pass and not sure how confident I am of our ability to cover elite Tight End's

Scoring 52 points is the blueprint.

............eh, I'm getting a little confused. Shouldn't a "blueprint to beating the Broncos" include a game in which said team actually defeated the Broncos?

You forgot about having them lose 5 starters (Von, Woody, Champ, Ayers, and Harris) on defense!

But I much rather Mike Tyson quote "Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth!"

I think the best way to beat the 13' Broncos is be an all time great running team, such as the 98' Broncos. Limit Peyton's time on the field and grind away at the opposing defense by running the ball down their throat for 7 or 8 yards at a time.
