  • Broncos at Seahawks preseason 2013: Game time, TV schedule, online streaming and more

It may be just a preseason game, but last year, the exhibition match between these two teams altered the course of the NFL.

Broncos vs Seahawks: Five Position Battles to Watch

The emergence of Russell Wilson as starting Seahawks quarterback began one year ago in Denver, when the Seattle Seahawks traveled to face the Broncos in a preseason game, and the then-third-string quarterback took over the game. Starting the second half, Wilson showed he had talents that transcended the third stringers against whom he was competing, maneuvering around pass rushers and weaving passes in between defenders to a 30-10 Seahawks victory. Wilson completed 10 of 17 passes for 155 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions that August 18th evening.

Who knows what will come of Saturday's game in Seattle?

    want to see:
    • No Injuries
    • more cohesive OL play
    • M Ball separate himself from the pack at RB
    • Hillman stop trying to bounce everything to the outside and begin breaking some tackles
    • Duke continue to play well
    • good QB pressure when Von isn't on the field
    • continued development, esp in the run game, from Orange Julius

      My list:

      1.) No injuries
2.) Against vanilla defenses, PFM establishing rhythm on offense with Welker, Decker, DT.
3.) Hillman to show that some of his stellar practices will translate into game situations.
      4.) Ball needs more carries
5.) I want to see Brock play bigger and show more comfort in the pocket
      6) Nacho time
7.) King to establish himself as WR # 4.
8.) Julius Thomas to continue to flash signs of dominance in game situations.
9.) Sylvester Williams to really show disruption up front.
10.) Irving to take over the no. 1 spot at Mike.

So those of us that don't live in CO will miss the first 30 minutes which is pretty much all that matters?

yes, but those outside of CO and Seattle will get to see a bunch of guys who aren't good enough to play on maybe the worst 2 teams in the NFL as a consolation. So stupid they cut away from starters to watch a bunch of future insurance salesmen/grocery baggers battle it out.
