The body is found less than a mile from his house and a car rented in his name is considered to be a key piece of evidence, but he isn't a suspect? Hmm...

What decision making are you judging here? The information in that article doesn't even hint at what decisions the guy may or may not have made. Though if he decided to rent a car, murder some dude, and leave the body within a mile of his home, I would agree that his decision making is pretty bad.

Well, it has now been all cleared why Pats signed Tebow. They knew of the murder and knew Hernandez was going to be in the slammer for a long time. Tebow=backup Tight End. Bingo!

            .

Hernandez is not believed to be a murder suspect, according to a source, but a vehicle rented in his name has emerged as a key piece of evidence in the investigation. The Sun Chronicle of Attleboro, Mass., reported on Tuesday that police identified a rented 2013 Chevrolet Suburban with Rhode Island license plates in connection with the possible homicide. According to the paper, the vehicle is registered to Enterprise and investigators were hoping to analyze it for fingerprints. A source said Hernandez's name is tied to that rental vehicle.

One TE going thru his 9th surgery or so...and the other in the midst of a murder investigation.

              The McD effect....little known.

If I was any of the other tights end on their roster, I would be sweating it right about now.

Shortly after 7 p.m, about 10 Bristol county state police detectives entered the house. Two males attempted to leave the house and questioned the blocking of the driveway. After several minutes they were taken separately away by police but weren't handcuffed.

So ...About 10 police cars flanked Hernandez's home shortly after 7 p.m. Tuesday night and numerous police officials entered his house.

                        But

Hernandez is not believed to be a murder suspect. (Sounds more like a vehicular homicide than a murder)

But a vehicle rented in his name has emerged as a key piece of evidence in the investigation.

I betcha the 10 police cars just showed up for security purposes. Tough neighborhood and all.

                          Uh oh.

Uncooperative and "lawyered up." Nancy Grace would not be happy.

Something very fishy going on for sure. The two gents trying to leave the house when police arrived, not a good sign. Possible they were talking to get their story's all in sync, lol.
