Roger Stone sentence 'politicised' to please Trump, Congress told

  • #2
Trump's lawyer (I mean the Attorney General) is trying to spare his "client" the fallout that would result from a full pardon for Flynn, Stone, et al.

A guy said so therefore it must be true - because it makes Trump look bad.

The Stone jury was corrupted by at least one juror - the foreman - who lied on her application. Then there's the Strzok/Page problem. This man did not get a fair trial.

Contrast that woman if a black man were tried by a jury which had a white foreman who wrote on his application he wasn't into hostile racial views of black people and then after a guilty verdict is reached, it's discovered the white foreman was on social media before, during, and after the trial writing all kinds of derogatory things about black folks and making fist-pumping emotes the day the verdict was handed down.

Really? I'd like to see a link about the foreman lying on her application. Stone's peeps requested a new trial after the foreman voiced support for the prosecutors AFTER Trump pulled his ****. The Judge denied a new trial.

I've posed it before, and here it is again:

Yet again you shy away from addressing my point and make personal jabs at me for having the audacity to make a point you can't answer. You're mentally inferior.

                  Yet another well-timed genetic fallacy.

You're ignoring what he's summarizing, intentionally.

If a black person was convicted by a jury with a foreman with a track record of hostile postings toward him and his employer, you'd be screaming your ass off.

Like Stone's conviction was not political? He should never have been convicted in the first place.

Lets see, lying to the FBI is not a crime.? Lying to Congress is not a crime? Suborning perjury is not a crime? Being convicted by a jury of "peers" ( even though they are obviously beneath your lofty station in life as a political operative) should not count? Go live in your Russian paradise Gaff! Stop poluting the mane please.

Ahhh, an opinion by Jonathan Turley. Seems his connections with the Republican party and both Clinton's impeachment and Trump's impeachment makes his opinion just a bit biased.

"On February 12, presiding judge Amy Berman Jackson publicly announced her decision, made the prior week, to deny Stone's petition for a new trial. Stone had made the petition under seal, alleging bias on the part of a juror who worked in the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on criminal tax cases and had read press accounts of Stone's legal matters, but had stated during jury selection that he or she had not formed an opinion in the matter.
Stone again requested a new trial on February 14, after the jury foreperson of his trial publicly voiced support for the four prosecutors who withdrew from the Stone case. All jurors in the Stone trial had been vetted for potential bias by Judge Jackson, the defense team, and prosecutors."

And please take nyuKKK with you.

He's a fascist, authoritarian-following sheep who likes rulers who consider themselves completely above the law. He'll fit in just great there.

It’s amazing that the deep state hasn’t come after Gaffney yet. He’s been in the woods for decades delivering cold hard TRUTH to the American people. From the government’s perspective, you could argue he is the most dangerous man on American soil with the knowledge he possesses. But he has yet to make his escape to Russia. Guess he’s just tough to find.
