I can only tell you what I'm observing from the Black Americans in my timeline. Right now, I'm observing a cultural civil war erupting that looks to go on for months.

This has been trending at #1 all day:

That's a weasel non-answer. I didnt ask you how Biden's comment affect you personally. I am asking you to define, however you please, how his comment is racist.

Are you going to have the integrity to provide a real answer or are you going to continue being a weasel?

Not it's not. I'm not going to sit here and speak for black people. That's not being a weasel. That's respect.

I can tell you that I wouldn't like it if Biden said I'm not my race if I didn't vote for him. Joe Biden has no idea of my experiences.

I've seen by now that there are plenty of people who are okay that he used his office to bribe a government who was prosecuting his son's corruption. I've seen people who are okay that he fondles kids and people's wives. I've seen that people who are okay that he has likely forced sexual contact on an aid. I'm certain that there are people who are okay with the idea that Biden told black people that they're not black if they don't vote for him. I have no interest in arguing with you on the parameters of what you find to be acceptable racism and what is okay. I'm certain that we won't agree.

I am not asking you to speak for black people. Hell, I'm not even asking you to mention any particular ethnicity at all. I am asking you to tell me your opinion about _why_ it's racist. Why, in your perspective, is the statement: "If you vote for Trump you're not an <fill in the blank ethnicity>" racist?

Is your answer "because Joe Biden doesn't understand the experiences of <fill in the blank ethnicity>". If so, why does that make this a racist statement?

And, as I've already said: in agreement that what Biden said is racist. There is no right or wrong answer here. There is only having the integrity to answer a simple question or not.
