            • I just heard Garbage's new single "Why Do You Love Me?" -- it seriously sounds like the 2005 version of Phil Spector (minus the whole being a criminal thing). Very cool IMO. If you're a Garbage fan, check it out -- it's pretty cool.

              • In case anyone missed it on the main board:

Or even just Ghaninian culture? Check out the Baobao Fest. It'll be in Denver on Thursday night and Boulder on Friday night. I know for a fact that Charlie Sounds, a local reggae/highlife/hiplife band will be playing, and I know there will be tons of different dance groups....including dancers from the Ghana National Team. I will be there both nights as I am stage managing again for this and, if it's anything like the Tsunami Relief Concert we put on a month ago, I will be MC'ing the event as well. Hopefully, some of you guys will come out and check it out. If you do, make sure to say hi to me......I stand out considering I'm 6'6". And you can even ask Deb, I'm friendlier in person than I am over the internet.

I PROMISE you'll have a good time if you come. The Tsunami relief concert went a good 6 hours, and I bet this one will do around the same. Plus, Charlie Sounds is badass. I'm not sure who else is performing, but I do believe that the women of the CU Highlife Ensemble (which I'm a member of....and our fifth anniversary concert is April 15th, get your tickets!) will be performing.

                        • Nine Inch Nails- Fragile.

Great great stuff. Good enough to give my full attention to.

Its beautiful stuff I say. Probably Trents most consistent work.

I like the Trash Can Sinatras a lot actually......good jangle Brit-pop and I'm a sucker for that stuff.

March always has me playing The Beach Boys....it adds to the whole longing for summer and temps above 40 degrees thing.
