Default The Season's 2nd "Must Win Game"

Yep, time for The season's 2nd "Must Win Game" comes into town next weekend. Can we stop Benson? Hillis getting 3 yards vs. the Bengals Defense, can we get any running game now (and start something that we havent seen since 2008 season? Will the Tebow package come inside the 10 to save the season for us? Can we go 0-2 and still have a fighting chance?

The only way I can think of us stopping Benson is to cut Mays and hire a Texas police officer to play MLB.

It's going to be REALLY tough sledding after the CIN and TEN games, although I agree that those are no gimmies, either, but after that, we'll have to play really, really well to get wins (or in the alternative, we'll have to play against the Chiefs).

The 16 times in franchise history we've gone to the playoffs we've won the first game of the season. I just think this is an amazing fact and in no way did I think we had any shot of the playoffs. 74% of playoff teams since the AFL-NFL merger have won the 1st game of the season. It's mindblowing what kind of tone the first game sets for the entire season.

Probably. Was that one of the east coast road game early kickoff guaranteed loss games we got scheduled with all the time? Probably MIA or JAX.

You guys need to do us a favor and have Von Miller put Cassel down for good in a few weeks.

Then it will be smooth sailing to the good ship Luck. Tyler Palko is CFL material.

I was thinking around 4 or 5 wins this year which seemed to be on the very low end of most peoples predictions.

But I'm really struggling to find a single win on that schedule, almost every unit was ****ing awful out there.

Teams that win games go to the playoffs. How many won the second game? Is it really that impressive of a stat? Not trying to be an ass, I would love for someone to actually run the numbers for each of the 16 games to see which one best correlates to playoff victories. I bet it isn't the first one.

Looking at the schedule, the first three weeks were key in anything the Broncos hoped to do this year, if they drop 2-3 of those...It will be a really long year. At some point the team will get demoralized and goes into turtle mode.

This is the part of the season where the first three games was the best stretch for the team. Not that Raiders was a freebie but Cinci and Buffalo came off wins last week. Hopefully, Chiefs are horrible and Bills had their game of the year. I wonder what all those like VanceJohnson think now that we lost. 9-7 and 10-6 was wishful homerism anyway that this game was going to turn out.

Hey man, can you clear up this rumor someone just told me:

Is it true or false that in your avy you're actually squatting on a dilrod at the rockabilly convention in Vegas?
