GM Brian Xanders said the team will evaluate players for waviers that begin 7 p.m Denver time tonight. Player personnel has graded 900 players that could potentially be pickups via waivers. "Hopefully we'll have some potential claims in there," Xanders said. Broncos RapidReports

WR Demaryius Thomas has been cleared to practice. Thomas had been expected to be placed on the PUP list and not practice until Week 6. But GM Brian Xanders said that Thomas' preparation during the lockout and over the last five weeks doing explosive moves on his surgically-repaired Achilles removed doubt.
