I guess he makes the league minimum and its too much of a hassle to file the paperwork, or they keep him for filmroom purposes, an example to show the young guys of how not to play the position...

Perhaps the least athletic play I've ever seen from a professional athlete. Just awful.

There are always some guys that hang around for a few seasons were you can't figure out what the hell the coaches are thinking. Nate Webster was another one like that.

Some of the safeties we have had over the past 5-6 years are pretty much out of the league. Hopefully nate is joining them.

I really don't see what Jones has done in the NFL, much less the last couple of years, to even be on a roster.

I've always thought this guy was stop gap material. Not the worst I've seen play the position but definitely nothing close to starter CB play and probably borderline nickle CB. He's a dime CB that could easily lose his spot if some rookie or FA had a decent camp and preseason.
