Halfway through the preseason is enough time to rough out who makes the roster. After each game I've made some revisions and will again in around 24hr, but here's where I'm trending. How about you?

Offense - 24spots
QB: Quinn, Tebow, Weber (Cut Orton. He's a sub-average reserve QB)
RB: Moreno, McGahee, Johnson (carry another on the P-Squad)
FB: Larsen or Sylvester (haven't decided)
TE: Fells, Thomas, Grankowski, Green as a #2receiving TE and #6WR
WR: Lloyd, Royal, Decker, Davis, Willis or Anderson (Thomas PUP'd)

OT: Clady, Franklin, Clark
OG: Kuper, Daniels, Beadles
OC: Walton, Olsen or Byers (keep one, P-Squad the other)

Defense - 26spots
S: Moore, McCarthy, Dawkins, Carter, Bruton
CB: Bailey, Vaughn, Goodman, Harris, Thompson (Squid probably replaced by a waiver pickup)

WLB: Williams, Woodyard, Kelly or Bowen
MLB: Irving <-> Mohamed (haven't decided who's better)
SLB: Miller, Robinson

RDE: Dumervil, Harvey
UT: Thomas, Vickerson, Jarmon
NT: Bunkley, Unrein or Presley (probably replaced by a waiver pickup. Warren PUP'd)
LDE: Hunter, Ayers

The perception of Orton here is maddening. It's ok not to want him, but now he's a SUB-PAR reserve? He'd probably be the leagues best back up and is AT LEAST an average starting QB in this league. He's not elite, probably never will be, but he's not complete **** either.

Alright, I guess since I've been called out, I'll have a go at this.

QB: Orton, Quinn, Tebow (Tebow sees a few option plays and goal line plays a week)
RB: McGahee, Moreno, Ball (JJ or Gable on the PS)
FB: Larsen (Fells and Green may get some looks at FB throughout the season)
TE: Fells, Thomas, Rosario, Green
WR: Lloyd, Royal, Decker, Anderson, Willis (not sure who's cut if Thomas returns during the season)
LT: Clady, Clark
LG: Beadles, Hochstein
C: Walton, Olsen (Olsen is kept as a C/G)
RG: Kuper, Hochstein
RT: Franklin, Clark (I think the OL would perform better in the short term with Franklin at G and Beadles at RT, but Fox seems to want Franklin at RT from day one)
