I was thinking a lot about the future of our team this mornist thought this would be a fun thing for the forum to participate in. (I guess this is sort of how people rank their teams respective farm systems in baseball.)

Top 15 in the Franchise

Name your top fifteen Broncos players. These would be players you see sticking on the Broncos for the next several years to help build the squad around to win. I would expect to see a lot of diversity on these lists. I also think this is rather challenging. What is your mix of veteran and rookie presence? What would you go out and get and change completely?

Feel free to explain your answers, don't be shy of criticism!

With all the talk of position battles, weaknesses and strengths, I just thought it would be great to see how fellow fans feel about our talent pool.

Ah yes, I really like our specialists right now. Our special teams should be pretty good this year now that we don't have to defend kickoff returns anymore. (seriously, what was the NFL thinking?)

For all the crap Moreno gets, he's going to be a beastly catching passes out of the backfield. He's very good in open space IMO.

I'd say the same thing about Moore or Franklin...

I based my list on their overall value to other clubs (if they were on the market, for example). Miller is a blue chip guy, same with Clady. Bailey would be higher except for age, of course.

After the performance of Brandon Colquitt so far in preseason.....I'd have find room for him on the list. Dude was a weapon Sat. He flipped the field more than once with booming high kicks.

This is very much based on what I think the new regime is thinking for the future, not my favourites or anything. Downgraded Lloyd, Moreno and Dawkins because even though I like them and think they're good, I don't think they'll be kept around much longer. Really hard to know where to rank Tebow so I threw him in the middle. I reserve the right to add players I forgot.

Mays played significant time on STs and as a LB...he's also relaying the plays in some circumstances

Miller is a starter as is Moore and Franklin

J. Thomas is competing with a handful of other TEs for PT and is coming in as a late pick who picked up a football just a few years ago
