The commentators in this game were the worst I have ever heard. Pay attention to what they say and write down your favorite missed call, saying ect... and we can vote on the worst.. there will be plenty of opportunities in this game.
Figured maybe this will give us a little break from all the bickering going on here. Some of the things I heard come out of this dudes mouth had me laughing so hard I was in tears. |

Normally I would totally agree with this statement, but this dude last night takes the cake. He kinda reminded me of the commentator from the movie " best in show"

My favorite from last night for Alfred Williams - "Orton and Lloyd are the best passing combination in the league".
Sorry Manning and Wayne, Brady and Welker, Rogers and Jennings, Rapeherburger and Ward and Ryan and White; Alfred has spoken. |

Oh Please, Williams probably should have dialed down the homerism a bit but other than that they were not that bad.

There were countless times they called the wrong names or didn't say a name at all because they obviously didn't know who it was. Plus missed many things going on and made many wrong calls (such as saying that Rahim lead with his helmet and blasting him for it). I like Alfred, but it was pretty bad.

Vern is more of a golf and fbs commentator. He has classic calls in golf majors. The only thing killing me last night was Alfred saying the word "ball"

Or when he said the Bill's Offensive line is missing on introductions. I understand it did not come up on his screen but it sounded as if they were missing.

He did blast him for like 5 minutes and only showed the replay once. ![]() |

"Last year the Broncos were 32nd in terms of yards allowed, 31st against the run and 32nd in points allowed. That's not really what you want from your defense."
Informative stuff. |

As big of a fan when #91 was playing, he is not the next player to go broadcaster. Has that white dude ever see a football game before last night? It was awfully bad presentation. More glitches than a game of Madden, now thats bad.

There's a flag down on the 41. This will be interference one way or the other.

Lundquist was not bad in his day; he's just way too old. It's the Pat Summeral effect.
Alfred spews silly **** all the time on his radio show; no surprise it continued. And my favorite call was the DEEEEEEEP play action pass COMPLETE to DYER! |

The mis identification of players was retarded, that fumble that never happen when number 26 (can't think who that is right now) picked it up and the announcer said it was Champ and he never bothered to correct himself. Pretty sure even casual fans knows champ wears 24,

Williams was awful. Lundquist was struggling, but many times only to fill in the silence from Williams.
Williams is a high personality guy, but it seems clear he's not really cut out for color comment. His analysis of the offense, including that comment that Orton to Lloyd may be the best in the NFL, was beyond awful. |
