Eventually, but realistically he'll need a half to a full season at backup minimum to become effective. I'm guessing the Broncos sign a solid veteran MLB for 2yrs as our starter and to show Irving the ropes until he's ready to take over. Neither Mays nor Haggan fills that role as their not even backup-MLB caliber, but emergency MLBs and mediocre SP-T'ers that likely get cut before preseason.
