It was a simple and powerful story, one Obama would tell many more times as president during the national health care debate. But now we're learning the real story of Ann Dunham's health coverage is not quite what her son made it out to be.

Obama stretches the truth on many things. He can´t help himself. But most of the media are too lazy and too afraid to dig deeper into this story, so it will be ignored since this story does not fit with the agenda.

He chooses not to. Let's get it straight. He chooses to fund other government programs instead. Why does he choose to de-fund SS and Medicare? Because its politically useful. Yep. Barack Obama finds it useful to put senior citizens' lives at risk because he can use them to put pressure on republicans. Classy. |

You just can't believe anything Obama says. Here is what he said about the debt limit when he was a Senator.
Barack Obama on George Bush 2006. “The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. Leadership means that ‘the buck stops here.’ Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.” - Senator Barack Obama 2006 |

No it's just to illustrate how you can never be sure if Obama means what he says, or is making something up. he's a typical Chicago style politician. He was against any military intervention as a Senator, now its ok. He said raising Debt limit is a sign leadership has failed, now not doing it tantamount to financial armegeddon. I also think that is BS, he knows the treasury will pay the bills. It will be funny if debt limit deal doesn't happen, and moodys doesn't downgrade.
