My guess is some tie to Old Valyria=dragons=khaleesi needing to rule Westeros to unleash hell against the white walkers?

Holy **** that was an excellent episode. I'm glad they spent most of the show on the Wildings and Jon Snow. The battle was epic, and the white walkers put everyone on notice that the apocalypse is coming. Also good to see Tyrion back to his old self.

All they need is to find another 10 or so giants and the white walkers are ****ed.

On a side note, I was really liking that wildling mom.

Jon Snow = Azor Ahai

I think we saw sufficient foreshadowing last night to support this. I just wonder if Melisandre is going to make her way back up to the wall and start seeing Jon in the flames.

I thought so too....let's see if the cliff hanger is similar to the book.

I know the giants are awesome. If only they can actually find a colony of them. Yeah me too! I was hoping for she would make it.

finally tyrion makes a comeback. nice to see him in a position of power again. think i will rewatch the episode tonight. last nites stream was jumping all over the place during the epic battle.

man, at first emilia clarke was just ok and her story line was really dragging. now, she is so hot and her story line is the most intriguing. the way daenreys inter acts with tyrion. can't wait till the next episode!

also, i really hope the wildlings make it south of the wall. i don't wan't to see them ambushed and killed before the battle with the white walkers.

last thing, how can a giant fit in one of those boats?

Season 5 is finally starting to meet my expectations with the last 2 episodes. Best battle scene for a TV show by far. Story lines have finally picked up. Only one that doesn't interest me is Dorn.

Looks like Olli kills Jon Snow in his return (or Ser Alliser). Question I have is, who ressurects him from the dead? Or do we have to wait for Lady Stoneheart (Catelyn Stark) first?

So many questions after last nights episode.

Wouldn't Danys be Azor Ahai?

And Jon Snow is the Prince who was Promised?

Beric Dondarrion, IIRC (from the books) last resurrection was Lady Stoneheart -- giving up his life through his seventh resurrection for her to live.

So essentially at this time, since Catelyn hasn't been revived -- he has one more to give.

Melissandre could also revive him or use magical powers, perhaps. That being said, we still don't know if Jon dies in the books, but there is no ****ing way he dies in the show permanently.

Loved last nights episode...

Dani meeting Tyrian was awesome! Such good dialogue. Sad for The Knight of Friendzone though.

Obviously Jon Snow vs. the white was pretty amazing...and the stair down with the king of the whites was pretty intense....and chilling when the white raised his arms up.

Cersei thing was ok....

Aria storyline is fine....just not really clear to non book readers as to what she is doing.

What if Azor Ahai was the white walker at the end of the show and John was the prince that was promised.

I don't know if I should be flattered or creeped out. I might watch it tonight, so you won't have to wait too long. I'm definitely expecting some more meh though. That is the defining sound of this season so far. For what it's worth I've loved the other seasons with a passion, so this season has been a huge letdown for me.

Why would the Night's King be Azor Ahai? Last I checked, the Others weren't champions of R'hollor.
