I picked up one of the books in a nationwide record store here to see which book we were up to with the TV series and managed to spoil the rest of this season for myself. Only read the first sentence of the back.

Hoping to see more of the cannibal Wildlings. I know HBO have a lot to fit in but you'd think that they'd be running riot across the north.

Wow, I didn't think that would go over well on screen. But he destroyed his head.
That was ****ing gruesome.

That was kinda disturbing. He could've stabbed him in the head 50 times.

Honestly...Arya laughing about her aunt being dead was more disturbing to me then a crushed grape.

At that point you'd just have to laugh

I think it had more to do with the hound's grand scheme blowing up in his face than the loss of more family.

I didn't take it as Arya laughing because another family member was killed, I felt like she was laughing because the Hound's entire plan was to sell her to her aunt, that she would definitely pay, and that it would make his having to deal with her all worthwhile. Arya was basically laughing at the Hound's look on his face when all his plans went to ****. She had never met her aunt, there was no relationship there.

I agree. That ****s still lingering with me. Yes I raped your sister, killed her children, then her, and now I'm pushing your eyeballs through the back of your head and crushing your skull into bits.

I think it was both, TBH. Even if you never met family; if you lost most of the family you did know to hear you lost someone else would just make you laugh. If you lost the others in brutal and bloody fashion, IMO of course.

Depends on the person. Some will go mad, others will be so desensitized that it won't matter and others will just laugh to keep from crying.

This is turning out to be an awesome season. You figure martin would throw readers a bone and keep one fan favorite alive, but absolutely guts the Inygo Montoya's revenge story line.

I don't know why the battle at the wall is not keeping my interest that much. Maybe it bc I am rooting for the wildings to destroy everything since all the characters I despise keep coming out on top.

The good guys never win on this show. If Tyrion dies, I'm going to be royally pissed. Never read the books.

Not reading any other posts in this thread since I assume book readers are spoiling it... but hell man... note to self: next time the show introduces an awesome character, don't get too invested. They are just ****ing with you...

The Viper was awesome, best character of this season besides Tyrion. Of course he goes out in one of the most gruesome ways possible, no justice served for his sister. Unless the mountain ends up dying, which I suspect he might.

Man, I knew it was coming the whole time but I still had a glimmer of hope that they wouldnt kill Oberyn. Gruesome as hell...Seriously though that seen came out perfect. I really liked Oberyn too. My favorite character this season.
