System of a Down's new album on MTV.com. I haven't had a chance to listen yet. I'll try after work.

I think that they are the best heavy group out there. The songs "Sober" and "Prison Sex" should hit the spot at first.

You should check out System of a Down...they are another interesting heavy band.

If you want metal, listen to anubis - he's got the pulse -

I love tool as well, but i will say one thing - the later the albums, the more you may have to read in stuff to 'get' what they are singing about - some of it is omage to somethings - but for the music - you don't have to do that to enjoy it -

Personally i see tool like the doors in alot of ways -

I"ve been listening to TypeONegative Latley

Tool's a good band, but they wear me out now.

The only song I can tolerate from them now are 46 and 2, Reflection, and undertow.

la-te-ra-lus was their best album musically - but they have their downpoints - like a 2min intro into EVERY song

It's not just that.

I don't know how most think, but their prog-rock style can really wear me out, because I don't think they are that talented musicians like some prog-rock bands out there and **** gets really repetitive and mediocore at times with their long and constant interludes.

And I am no longer too drawn in with the so called "deep and meaningful" lyrics. I swore by them in my music taste, but I eventually realized it's just music.

All up to personal taste.

Their ****ing interludes show almost no change or progress.

It's just so damn ****ing repetitive.

THey really wear me out with that.
