Louis Murphy arrested for Viagra - The Orange Mane

I posted this in the around the nfl thread but thought it needed it's own thread

Raiders WR Louis Murphy was reportedly arrested Sunday morning for possession of Viagra without a valid prescription, failure to obey an officer, and non-violent resisting arrest.

All three charges are misdemeanors. Murphy was pulled over for a loud stereo, first ignoring the officer then refusing to show ID or put his hands behind his back. It was until after Murphy consented to a vehicle search that officers found 11 Viagra pills in a bottle with the label torn off because the receiver didn't want his girlfriend to know his performance was artificially enhanced.

Murphy was also arrested back in 2006 for marijuana possession.

Ok, my first thought was why would a 23 year old guy need Viagra. Do they use it for the side effects of high blood pressure?

I think it was studied primarily for treatment of hypertension and angina. It didn't really work as well as it did for ED.

I found the Vrabel arrest much more humorous.

The vrabel thing's odd. I wonder what he supposedly took from the casino. Once, a long time ago, when a hotel gave me a hard time about something, and I got some room service, I took their tray in revenge. The faider thing is funny in that Seabass got arrested for roofies years back, then there's the purple dank qb, and now this guy who, I assume, uses viagra to courteract the dick deflating effects of various recreational drugs.

It was reported Vrabel took a whole bunch of beers from the casino deli. $600 to bond out of jail those are some expensive beers!

Well, there could be a few reasons he is taking it...

Maybe he's gay and just has a girlfriend to hide it?

Maybe he actually has a medical problem and can't get his googler up. This would really suck.

Maybe he has high blood pressure.

Who knows, sucks for him regardless.

Think how embarassing that would be at 23. Then it's compounded by the fact that he is supoosed to be some bad ass football player.

While it is kind of funny, I do feel a little bit bad for the guy. I know if I had to be taking viagra right now it would really mess with my head.
