It is upon us. Already have some upsets and buzzer beaters in the conference championship games and the tournament, I believe, is wide open this year.

Since Miami will not make the tournament, I am rooting for North Carolina.

The C-USA game and the Stony Brook-Boston game were pretty good. Both times, the underdog led the entire way, until the favorites took it in the end.

Freshman Harrison Barnes with 40 points and 8 rebounds for the Heels in their win today.

So Kansas goes from struggling against a 9 seed on Friday, winning by 1, to possibly the No. 1 seed overall in the NCAA Tournament as they pound Texas.

One of the worst offensive foul calls I've ever seen in Arizona-Washington game.

F'ing Louisville... very talented team with some great energy but, ****, if you can't avoid getting down by 10-15, you wont be able to win consistently.

Trailed 11-2 two nights ago, down by 16 in first half yesterday against ND, and down 12 or 14 or something tonight.

Still, game came down to one of their 3 point shooters having to hit 3 FTs to go to OT... he misses the 2nd and then accidently makes the 3rd.

I am #1 a Syracuse fan--bigtime #2 Big East fan #3 Az fan(Wildcats) Gotta be impressed with UConn and Kemba Walker. 5 games, 5 nights and they play hard. I give them a real shot. If Syracuse had to make a foul shot to save the world, we would all be in big trouble.

This is the year that a #16 seed goes all the way. You heard it here first. A-DUR.

He was good but both in the stretch where he was on the bench along with the stretch where they doubled him and locked him down, they looked reaaaalllll vulnerable when he wasn't there to do it for them. If Louisville wasn't a bunch of jackasses throwing up shots blindfolded and backwords from Timbuktu, that wouldn't even have been a game.

For being their 5th game in 5 days though, they kept their composure pretty well. I just think if that's the best the Big East can ultimately offer, they'll once again be the touted conference sitting at home watching the Final Four despite, at least before the conference tournaments, being proposed as holding two of the #1 seeds.

I'll put $10 up that a non-16 seed wins it all. Deal?

UCONN plays like they want it. I have to agree at this point that the Big East will be better represented by either Pitt or Louisville, but don't rule out UCONN.

Think about this for a minute though. Half of the Big East conference are ranked teams. The Big East style of play is far more physical than most other conferences, and unfortunatley they have to play and beat-up on each other to finish the season. You are a Big East team and you are playing in your conference, chances are you are playing a top 20 team week-in and week-out. Not the weaker scedules I see other ranked teams playing.

I amend my statement from last night. The worst offensive foul call goes to every bull**** call in Duke games against their opponents on offensive fouls.

That foul early against North Carolina today was beyond ridiculous.

Lunardi's latest bracket has CU as an 11 against St. Johns. Also hope like hell that he is right about Greeley and they are a 15, avoiding the play in.

UNC will avoid the play in. Big Sky has a good enough standing RPI-wise and their record is good enough to avoid being a 16 seed.

I know it won't happen, but how ****in funny would it be. K-State is a projected 6 seed and Colorado is a projected 11. Have a few heads explode in Manhatten if they did that.

Oh, I made that...that's no one's projections but mine, which will be totally and utterly wrong and I completely wasted the last hour of my life...but what the hell else am I going to do on a boring Sunday when none of the championship games were competitive whatsoever all day?

And K-State will be a higher seed than Colorado, despite head-to-heads.

I want to know why when they show live look-ins at the committee they are NEVER talking?

Shouldn't they be discussing stuff and not staring at computer screens?
