Unless you have a torn ACL (which I doubt), how could you even imagine sitting in this game?
Where is the leadership? I know you have been sucking up this game, but come on, get some treatment on your knee. Just don't stand there. There is a difference between questionable and out. You are questionable. Chicago fans aren't taking this well: Comment From Sean Sean : ] Cutler is only happy and upbeat when his team is winning and that's the problem with his leadership. Comment From Joe Joe : ] Cutler is probably the last QB in the NFL I would want on my team. I've never seen a QB with less energy. Comment From stan stan : ] Leadership lacking for the Bears. Comment From Andy Andy : ] So is Cutler really injured, or just not playing well/depressed? Comment From StealthTurkey StealthTurkey : ] Cutler is hurt! His ego has a HUGE bruise. Comment From D Stokes D Stokes : ] If Cutler is questionable...not out...why is he sitting down with a coat wrapped around him? Comment From Jon Jon : ] Cutler could be finished in Chicago if there isn't a good explanation for this. |

Yep. Rivers had surgery to be ABLE to play in the game. The surgery just cleaned it a little. He put on a brace, went out and played.
Cutler is a puss, but not many would have tried to play with a torn ACL. Dont think Brady would either. Last edited by Boltjolt; 01-23-2011 at 02:14 PM.. |

cutler is dinged up, no doubt...
but the bears wanted to use that as an excuse to see what collins could do... thats how bad cutler was stinking it up... with that said, collins looks absolutely awful...the gamble isnt paying off and putting cutler back in now would look too peculiar... |

Well, it looks like his back-up is keeping up the INT pace.
But, c'mon... seriously. Did you expect Cutler to do anything meaningful in this game? Chicago carried him into a playoff game just like they did Rex Grossman, and he was useless in a big game, just as anyone who's watched him play (and is honest) would expect. Cutler is not a top flight QB. Why would anyone be surprised by this? The only surprise to me as that the Chicago D/Running game didn't make this game more interesting. The Cutler fail was about as surprising as the sun rising today. |

He has diabetes. LEAVE HIM ALONE!
(Cue that picture of the guy telling the press to leave Britney Spears alone!) |

Yup, the Cutler lovers were crowing him after he played well against Seattle. Some of us have been saying let's see how he does against a real defense and a team that belongs in the playoffs. Well, now we know.

Who was that Oregon QB that played with like... no ligaments whatsoever in his knee? Smart? No. Passion that MUST be respected? Yep.

Just for fun: Remember when Tim Tebow finished a game in high school on a broken leg? Even ran for a touchdown...

Yep. Ballgame. Bears really need some O-line help and a Big, physical WR along with continued development from Cutler(he did cut his picks by 10)

I am so glad I don't have to endure 2 weeks of SB hype here in Chicago. Last week with all the fairweather fans coming out of the closet has been bad enough.
