This one gets to be a bit more interesting. Highlights are:

Micheal Vick
LaDainian Tomlinson
Richard Seymour
Marcus Stroud
Steve Hutchinson
Casey Hampton
Reggie Wayne

Hits most position groups with a perennial all-pro.

I'd personally have to go with Hutchinson myself. He was arguably the best guard in the league by about his third or fourth season and is still playing at an all-pro level with no dips or lags in between. Surprisingly durable too. He's the kind of guy no one thinks about but when we look back he's going to be viewed as one of the all time greats at guard, very possibly the best.

And then we get Middlebrooks...the year after O'Neil, Please do not remind me.

On a side note, Drew Breese was taken in the 2nd round this year.

You wouldn't put Hampton over McAlister? Arguably the best NT of the decade, on a perennially dominant D.

Heap is a highlight of that draft as well.

I give it to L.T. He's the #6 all time leading rusher, a virtual lock to finish as high as #4, and with an Emmitt-like glide-path to retirement, he could surpass Barry Sanders for #3.

I could definitely see choosing LT. With his resurgence in New York he's really boosting his stock. That brief dip though is what makes me lean to Hutchinson, who's never really had a dip and has been equally dominant relative to his position as Tomlinson has for RBs.

I would go with Justin Smith. He has been such an underrated guy his whole career, but the cog in his time with the Bengals as well as now with the Niners.
