Interesting to see The Greek in on that interview. He's been here a long ass time. I wonder how entrenched he is within the organization right now. Props on the Atwater jersey in the meeting room too.

I recognize Elway, Greek, and Xanders. Which one is Ellis? Where is Pat?

I believe Ellis is on the far end of the picture.

Bowlen must have been taking the picture.

Ellis is in back looking at some papers or something. Bowlen isn't part of the process it would seem.

I wonder if Atwater was nice enough to sign that jersey on the wall

Who is the guy in the back right next to Xanders?

And why the hell is Ellis even involved with this? He has ZERO football background.

Ellis is representing HR. Making sure they aren't interviewing based on race, er wait they have to. So he is making sure they don't ask him his age, if he is pregnant, etc.

Because Bowlen made him an important person. Why was he the one entirely responsible for hiring McDaniels and putting Xanders up to GM?

Heh, at least he's not unilaterally hiring a clueless douche like last time...

I have this vision of Bowlen flipping the SD card back and forth trying to get it to develop.

If you look close that's Pat sitting on the floor just behind John's chair. Looks like he is playing Jacks or maybe Pick-up-stix.

It is pretty cool to see stuff like that. We all bicker about this guy and that guy, and we really have no idea what they're like, how they communicate, what their philosophy is, etc.

Hearing things from the horses mouth can change your perspective pretty quickly. I think it's a great idea from Elway to get the fans more connected again and hopefully restore a little of the Mile High mystique.
