CarGo to sign extension
Carlos Gonzalez's representatives have confirmed that the outfielder will take a pre-extension physical this week in Colorado. The Rockies are close to inking the do-it-all outfielder to a contract extension that is thought to be worth around $80 million over seven seasons.
