Did you mean "you" as in me, or "you" as in IGN? I dont agree with this list. My list would have included Eurotrip, Ace ventura: Pet Detective, American Pie and Scary Movie. ![]() |

First of all, GHostbusters is not a comedy but a horror flick that no 4 year old should ever watch. The list had Ferris Bueller on there but no Revenge of the Nerds or My Cousin Vinny. Those are two great movies with some great laughs. Ferris Bueller is good but there wasnt that many bust out loud moments like ROTN and Vinny. Hell, Meet the Parents had some great scenes worthy of top 25. When you start a list off and have Animal House at the bottom of the best, something is wrong.

i think Swingers, "Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels", Snatch, and Get Shorty are also funny "recent" movies deserving of some mention on a listing of good comedies are well. Cary Grant also made a handful of funny films back in the day. one or two early Jerry Lewis films should be considered, though most of his stuff is cringe-inducing to me. Sleeper is better than Annie Hall. there's no mention of Bob Hope, the Marx Bros., or the 3 Stooges on this listing. really, alot of good films have been left off. |

I think American beauty should be added. I know it's a Dark Comedy/drama but I think the roll Kevin Spacey plays is classic.
The Brad since is classic. : |

For some reason I just love Harlem Nights ... I think it's mostly seeing all that cast in one place but it does have some damn funny moments ...
