Nice guy, and I hope he lands a decent coaching gig after the season. He sure looks and sounds like a stereotypical position football coach (built like a tank, ah shucks speech, Men's Wearhouse dockers etc.)

It was fun to see the players give him the Gatorade dunk him after his 1st win. The team really seemed to be happy for him which was a nice change.

I am happy for him..It's not easy to coach in that situation.
Hopefully, he is retained in some position next year.

Yeah, given that it was Bowlen who gave him the game ball, and Xanders was in the background, I think Studesville will be given a shot to prove he is the man next week.

For what he's stepped into, he's done a decent job. The players seem to like him and players seem to play hard for him.

Really he sucks as HC. Tebowner made him look good today. I'm fine with him as RB coach.

considering he was handed a job he didn't ever expect to have without preparation he has done okay.

Not sure who made the adjustments today at the half....but both the D and the Offfense changed a lot in the second half. It was like they took the shackles off Tebow and let him throw it more in the 2nd. And the D did stiffen and hold Houston to some really LONG Field goals. Of course they were driving for the win at the end, but somehow a play was made and the game was secured.

So for whoever dictated the changes, he made the right calls. Thats the head coach most of the time, so studs gets the credit.

PS ...he went with the typical calls at first (start Orton, use the same game plan). Now, in the third game he is using screens properly and letting Tebow a little loose. Pretty fast adjustments. At least he isn't stubborn about
things. Its good to see someone who realises that doing the same thing over and over ,when it hasn't worked, is the very definition of insanity.
