Default Playmaker

Does anyone remember that word? Tebow has a long way to go to prove himself, but it sure does feel good to have someone back there who can make things happen with everything on the line, and even when everything breaks down.

I was at that game and you could feel the electricity of the whole thing, which was pretty impressive for a team whose most compelling competition at this point is for the first overall pick. And you can sum it up in that one word: playmaker.

Agreed. He played much better than your standard rook.

I hadn't enjoyed watching a Broncos game so much since maybe the beginning of 2008 with the first SD game. Plays being made all over the place.

I love Tebow.

I really liked the restraint in his running today. He sure is effective at the goal line where he brings another dimension to what the defense has to account for. There is a lot of redzone upside there. Would love to see more planned rollouts ala Jake Plummer. He already gives me more hope in the pocket than Jake did. I know, I know it was the Houston defense BUT HE RESPONDED when down 17-0, not giving into the situation of a so so start to the game. It wasn't too BIG for him in his second game even handling the various pressures brought on him in the first half. We need to keep this in perspective because his situational progression will not stop here. Pretty exciting to look forward to. I hope he is drawing considerable confidence from this one.
