Interesting. I'm not really for the whole Elway as GM thing, but intersting.

Bowlen is just relaying to John that after spending almost 2 years with Josh, he's found out that he has a nasty rash and itch.

Yes please. Bring some legitimacy to the brand. He'll probably just be put into a meaningless front office role if anything, but his presence in team HQ would be a positive.

He won't be a GM. But he'll find us a GM if he gets the job.

It's hard to say no to arguably the best QB to ever play the game.

At this point, how do we know?

Would love Elway as a figurehead, but I sure hope they hand someone with experience the keys.

Lets hope he isn't going to be GM, we need experience in that position. A figurehead role would work.

Well I say best but then some jackass jumps in and throws out Montana and **** like that. It's easier to just say arguably and avoid the never ending argument.

Well he might be but he would probably bring somebody in to find the talent. Delegate the task. I believe he said so himself that he wasn't qualified to look for the talent but he could find a guy who could do that for us.

I wouldn't be surprised if Elway had encouraged Mr. Bowlen in his decision to fire McDaniels

If Elway can talk to the team before a game and come up with the team as fired up as they were before the KC game...let the man into the building please...doing whatever it is HE wants to do!
