Default Just 5 games left and this nightmare will be over

I can't wait until this season is over. This is the worst I've felt ever as a broncos fan. This team is just plain bad all the way around, I hate Sundays now, we have lost to so many bad teams its laughable. This team needs a new coaching staff, Andrew Luck and a ferocious Defensive line, that's all I want.

It's all part of Josh's master plan to suck real bad , Draft luck and run a 3 headed quarterback backfield with Orton ,Tebow and Luck and run the triple qb option and rule the world !!??

Does this mean we won't be going 11-5 if we win out and win the division this year?

I understand the Tebow pick. His upside is too great...but if we draft Luck I will explode in such an epic meltdown that people will visit the spot of my meltdown in 50 years to take pictures of the outlines of people around me on the pavement.

Hiro-****ing-shima.

If we ignore the front 7...BOOM.

Why? Because in 5 games when the season is over, our team will suddenly be better? Because those making our draft in the spring will suddenly be better? Because the team that will take the field next field will suddenly be a 13 & 3 team instead of a 3 & 13 team? There is no quick and easy fix for this team in the near future. Get used to this.

Apparently you can't just sign over the hill FA's to fill the DL, it looks like drafting DL is the best way to go. I am guessing mCd thought he could just drop 50 on teams every week.

Those who fail to learn from the past are destined to repeat it. On a night where Jay Cutler ripped apart what was one of the best teams in the NFC, we should remember that McDaniels just had to fix the fscking defense. If he had done that, instead of falling in love with his own quarterback, and his own offensive line scheme, how much better would this team have been?

College stats:
166 versus 164 QB rating.
9600 yards in college versus 5,600

Personally, I would take the 166 rating and 9600 yards. That, for people scoring at home is Tebow versus Luck. In a era that the NFL is increasingly moving towords spread offenses (which Tebow ran), it may be Luck that has more of a transition issue to the NFL.

Nevermind that I am not sure Luck comes out. Would you really want to get drafted in a lockout year?

I am so looking forward to the draft. The slot will be amazing. We might be picking before the #1 spot.

We can still win out and finish at .500 (8-8) and take the division!!!
McDaniels would then get a 6-year contract extension

I'm only really interested in how Tebow will pan out at this point. Orton has been playing well, but he stats are probably more an indication of our pathetic running game, our need to catch up all the time, and Josh's lack of ability in all areas except the passing attack. When you need him to come through, like at the end of 3-4 games this year, he folds, doesn't inspire his team to win...whatever. He's just mediocre.

Tebow, on the other hand, could actually will a team around him to win, at least in college. I sure hope McFail gives Tebow some real live action, a few series at least, in these next meaningless games in order to evaluate him.

I think Bronco fans need to buckle up and get ready for at least 4 more years in the cellar. Longer if the current regime remains intact.

I personally wouldnt mind to see Orton get a double ankle sprain so we can see Tebow in action.

Good win for the Bears and Cutler played really well but I do want to point out that the Eagles didn't have their top 2 CB's and Cutler only completed 14 passes for 247 yards. "Ripped apart" is a little hyperbolic.

First of all, my post has nothing to do with McDaniels.
Second of all, if Bowlen fires McD today I won't shed a single tear.

What did I say that you disagree with?

Perhaps, but.. the Bears are first in their division. We are last in ours.

If Josh could have worked with Jay and fixed our D first, perhaps we wouldn't be in this mess.
