What are the percentages of a 9-7 team making the playoffs?

When was the last time a 3-7 team made the postseason? How many times has it been done?

Actually, I believe the Jacksonville team that went 9-7 and beat Denver in the '97 playoffs started out 3-7.

The way it looks right now, you just can't rule SD out of the equation.
KC, I wanted to wait at least to mid-season to better have a feel for them.
I think they're as good as they're playing and in my mind the favorites to win the AFCW.
Oakland can be the spoilers of the bunch. They can mess up everybody's tie-breakers by virtue of beating us or them. They may have a shot at finishing 3rd.

Thr Broncos, that's some huge odds against us making a run like that...

yes, they were plays away, but they didnt make it, and ultimately finished the season as good as us: chasing the lombardi, but not getting it.

We did not get to play for the SB last year, we did not qualify for the playoffs. You can't play for the SB unless you win enough games to qualify for the playoffs.
