It just goes to show what a beginner Rand Paul is. Ole Joe Miller up in Alaska keeps a couple of thugs around so if he wants to violate some citizen's freedom of speech he can just have them handcuffed and removed. He doesn't have to resort to having them taken down and head-stomped.
