Blackout lifted for Chargers’ Monday night game

Fans in Southern California will be able to see Monday night’s Chargers-Broncos game without having to buy a ticket.

The Chargers announced today that enough tickets have been sold to lift the local TV blackout.

The game hasn’t been completely sold out, with some club level tickets still available, but enough tickets have been sold for the game to be considered a sellout for blackout purposes.

The team’s announcement said 4,000 tickets remain for the December 5 game against the Raiders, 10,000 tickets remain for the December 12 game against the Chiefs and 8,000 tickets remain for the December 16 game against the 49ers.

Living here - I can tell you their stadium effin' blows. If they build a new one - I don't think they will have quite the problem. Either way, I'm going on Monday - hopefully we kick some ass.

They really need to move that team, San Diego doesn't deserve them. How can a winning franchise not sale out? Pathetic.

EDIT: And it's a Monday night game against a divison rival, and the Chargers are making an upward trend. Please, just move them to L.A.

It's the same garbage obstructed view seats that no one wants to buy every time. They should just burn those seats or give them to the military or something.
