Default Practice...

Does the team return to practice today? I'm interested in the status of Ayers, McBath, Woodyard, etc.

I believe so. No video or news on team site yet, though.

Yep I think Mcd said they need sometime off or something like that. God knows they deserve it. I mean to get you ass whipped by the raiders and the 49ers should earn you some time off.

I know if I was the coach and my team played like dog **** then the first thing I would do is give them time off.

They need the time off so the staff can work with Tebow to start.

Why in God's name would you want a rookie qb project who didn't use a proscheme in college to come in midseason behind one of the worst offensive lines I can recall seeing play for the broncos?

I have an open mind on Tebow. I admit I'm a little surprised by the success Bradford has had. McCoy too. But I thought Tebow would sit for an entire year. And I just don't see any rookie being as efficient as Neckbeard has been with a horrible oline, no running game and a defense that needs to be euthanized.

They should have been at practice breaking down film and brushing up on fundamentals the moment that plane from London touched down. This is the worst looking team I remember dawning the Orange and Blue.

elway had that 5-11 year, but honestly I don't remember how it happened. Having him for so long, maybe some of those teams were as bad as this, but he hid it. I'd say I have to go back to 1972

I agree with you, I don't want him anywhere near the field (as a starter) until next year.

On the other hand this year has gone SOOO bad, I understand people looking for a miracle.

Why not put him out there with a little talk first. Something like Don't get frustrated, we suck and we know this. We just want you to get in as much live practice as you can so we can come out next year and kick ass.

This team is so bad I'm not sure he will learn much more than he already has on the sidelines.

That and I don't think the coaches think he is anywhere near ready. Just look at the handful of plays he has been in for. We won't even take orton off the field (creating an automatic +1 for the defense) and closest he has ever come to throwing the ball is pitch out of the option.

Nov. 04, 2010 3:57 p.m. - The players were required to attend a full-squad meeting Tuesday but were then given off until Sunday, when they'll return for some conditioning work. Denver may not practice on the field until Nov. 9, but that's subject to change. Broncos RapidReports
