Default Congrats Mark Rubio

You just won a seat in the Senate, where you gonna go? Maybe Disneyland, or Florida to meet his constituency...Nope, going to pay homage to his masters.

Quote:
Senator-elect Marco Rubio (R) will head to Israel Sunday, reports Israeli news site Ynetnews.

With victory in the congressional elections less than a day old, Florida Senator Marco Rubio (Rep.) who considers himself a ‘Tea Party’ member, is set to arrive in Israel on Sunday. Rubio’s visit so soon after the election win is a move that strengthens assessments that the congress in its current form will continue where it left off – at least where Israel is concerned.

Rubio gave a speech on Israel in June to the Republican Jewish Coalition “about the need for the United States to stand with Israel without equivocation or hesitation,” criticizing the Obama administration’s handling of the U.S.-Israel relationship.

He also called on the U.S. to move its embassy to Jerusalem and said that the U.S. should not push Israel to a settlement freeze before negotiations. Like America, he said that Israel was an “exceptional” nation.

Neoconservatives loved it. Jennifer Rubin of Commentary called it the best speech on Israel “since George W. Bush went to the Knesset.”

His belief that the U.S. should support Israel unequivocally puts him squarely with Republican Party’s foreign-policy thinking on Israel.
Well ladies and gentleman, will the real Neoconservatives please stand up, we now have identified at least one.

If you're not pro-Israel in Florida, you don't get elected.

The teabaggers who supposedly were for cutting costs are in bed with the recipients of Americas' good will.

**** Israel! They have plenty of money, and are a giant hole in our wallet.

I don't care if you're pro-Israel or not, his first order of business should be here at home. I'm tired of elected/appointed officials that hold other countries interests in a higher regard then our own, it's time to worry about America.

I've known the man was a neocon, he's no member of the Tea Party.

rather give to an ally than to countries that have citizens that would rather kill us than praise our generosity. Be it a 3rd world nation or an oil rich nation. Israel is our only trusted ally in that region.

He could have done that in the state of Florida, unless there is some method that Israeli's get a vote that i'm not aware of? I'm aware that there are Jewish people in the state of Florida, and Israeli immigrants. But why go to the country of Israel days after you get elected to a seat in the American Senate? It just doesn't add up.

You are ignorant about history. I suggest you re boot.

Israel attempted to murder Americans in Egypt as early as 1953 in the so called Lavon Affair. The plan was to blow up (as in kill) Americans and blame it on the Egyptians.

They did it again in 1967 -- when they murdered 34 US sailors on the USS Liberty.

They would do it again in a second -- IF it served Israel.

Wake up. Smell the roses.
