Too funny. But some of us remember old guys like Morton crawling up off the scrap heap to have latter career success. Besides, isn't Culter sort of water under the bridge. He ain't coming back, so if Tebow doesn't get it done, they'll draft somebody else.

now that we don't get a draft pick from the Bears anymore, I have a hard time caring about Cutler...NOW if we play him, that's another story

I worry that the bears will trade him to Wash for a second rounder and change

He's a mess.
He could pull it together at some point in his career, but the trade has already been justified. We couldn't sit around for years waiting for a guy to decide he really wants to play football. |

That o-line is a mess, it isn't his fault.
Just leave him alone! |

this deserves to be posted in full
SHBURN, Va. -- After tying an NFL record with four interceptions in a game, DeAngelo Hall is getting his jersey picked off -- and shipped to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Scott Van Pelt Redskins CB DeAngelo Hall discusses his four interceptions against the Bears, Jay Cutler's comments about him, Washington's ability to win close games, Giants-Cowboys and more. The Washington Redskins cornerback announced Tuesday on Twitter that the No. 23 he wore in Sunday's 17-14 win over the Chicago Bears is on the way to Canton, Ohio. A spokesman for the Hall of Fame confirmed that it had asked for the jersey. Hall is the 19th player to intercept four passes in a game and the first to do it since Deltha O'Neal with the Denver Broncos in 2001. Hall tweeted that he is "definitely humbled and honored" by the Hall of Fame's request. It's not an honor that's likely to sit well with Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, who threw all four picks. Hall said he had an idea Cutler would throw the ball his way, because Cutler -- while playing for the Denver Broncos in 2008 -- completed some passes against Hall, who was playing for the Oakland Raiders. That's why Cutler said after Sunday's game that if he had to do it all over again, he would go after Hall "every time, if we could." Hall responded on Monday that Cutler doesn't understand football, and he reiterated that on Tuesday. "[Cutler and the Broncos] beat me on four passes, four comebacks maybe for 34 yards," Hall said on "The Scott Van Pelt Show" on ESPN Radio. "And for him to come out after the game [Sunday] and say, 'I've had success against him. If I had to do it again, I'd keep coming at him,' the kid just don't know football. "Because obviously if you made that many mistakes, I would change something." Hall said it was the first time on any level that he had more than two interceptions. "I never had anybody crazy enough to keep throwing it at me that many times," Hall said. "To come out of that game with four was an amazing feeling." |

Since ****ler left I have watched the Bears Boards a little to see how they liked him (and because one of my Sons lives in chicago and is married to an avid Bear's Family)-up until lately they have been drinking the Cutler kool-aid, but even today there are Threads started with:
"Jay Cutler is a mental midget" "I Can See It's Started "-(the bashing of Cutler) Here's one everyone will like- "Morbid curiousity has me wanting McDaniels fired so he can OC here." Yes, Jay's working his wonders there too- ![]() |
